Pegasus was founded by three Partners, who have over 50 years of experience in real estate Investment Management & Development throughout Europe.

With its HQ in Belgium, Pegasus also has a network of local offices and personnel in Paris, Dusseldorf and London.

Pegasus aims to offer its investors access to a strong, low risk real estate portfolio offering stable long term income together with the prospects of capital value upside through active asset management.

As a result of the recent financial and economic crisis the multi-let industrial real estate market in Europe offers interesting opportunities to acquire income-producing investments at attractive yields and with the potential for upside through active management as well as redevelopment. Property values are now at historically favourable levels and already showing initial signs of growth.
